UR-HEART COMMUNITY SAFETY GUIDELINES & UGC ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

UR-Heart is designed for slow, authentic, and respectful romantic connections. To preserve a safe and civil environment, all users must comply with these Community Safety Guidelines and our Google Play Zero-Tolerance policy for objectionable content. Violations result in immediate content removal, permanent account termination, and forfeiture of all purchases without refund.

Rule 1 — Strictly 18+ Verified Adults Only

Access by minors under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. UR-Heart verifies age using the Google Play Age Signals API and a neutral date picker. Any attempt by an underage individual to access the platform triggers an immediate, automated 180-day cryptographic device quarantine in our minor-protection register (underage_blacklist). We report suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child exploitation to law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in full accordance with the POCSO Act and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

Rule 2 — Zero Nudity, Obscenity & Non-Consensual Imagery

In accordance with Section 67 of the Information Technology Act 2000 and Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules 2021, all sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, or non-consensual content is strictly prohibited.

• Every uploaded photo is analyzed both on-device and in our server pipeline using ONNX NSFW Classifiers.
• Depicting genital nudity, visible buttocks, exposed female breasts, sexual intercourse, or fetish gear will cause immediate upload rejection.
• Sharing or threatening to share non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) triggers immediate 24-hour statutory removal under IT Rules 2021 Rule 3(2)(b) and a permanent ban.

Rule 3 — Zero Off-Platform Contact Bypass

To protect users from external financial fraud, harassment, and stalking, UR-Heart prohibits sharing external contact details before mutual trust is established:

• You may not display phone numbers, spoken or written number words (e.g. "nau aath saat...", "nine eight seven..."), QR codes, email addresses, or social media handles (@, WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat, Telegram) in your profile photos, bio text, or 7-second Voice Sparks.
• Our computer vision pipeline (OpenCV QR detection, Tesseract OCR) and audio transcription service (Whisper STT) automatically detect and block bypass attempts.
• Social handles may only be exchanged via the encrypted Mutual Social Reveal vault feature after both matched users explicitly grant mutual consent.

Rule 4 — Authentic 5-Photo Selfie KYC Verification

All accounts undergo live facial verification (ArcFace biometric comparison) matching a 2-second live selfie against your 5 profile photos to earn the Verified Blue Badge.

• Catfishing, using celebrity photos, uploading stock images, or impersonating another individual is grounds for an immediate permanent ban.
• Modifying even one of your 5 profile photos immediately revokes your Verified Blue Badge until you complete a fresh live selfie verification.
• Biometric selfie media is automatically hard-deleted within 24 hours of face verification via Cloudflare R2 Lifecycle Rules.

Rule 5 — Anti-Harassment, Hate Speech & Anti-Extortion

UR-Heart is a harassment-free space. You are strictly barred from:

• Sending unwanted sexual remarks, threats, slurs, or derogatory comments based on caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Engaging in extortion, blackmail, or demanding financial compensation, UPI transfers, or gifts.
• Commercial solicitation, advertising escort services, or promoting third-party products.

Rule 6 — In-App Reporting & Instant 1-Tap Blocking

Every user profile on the Feed and every Active Chat screen includes an instant 1-tap Block and Report control (3-Dot menu):

• Blocking a user immediately deactivates the match, halts all messaging, and hides both profiles from each other permanently (trg_deactivate_match_on_block).
• Reports are escalated directly to Statutory Grievance Officer Anubhav Thakur under our 24-Hour SLA.
