UR-HEART END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) & TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms & Strict 18+ Adult Mandate

By creating an account, accessing, or using the UR-Heart mobile application (com.urheart.app) or web portal (https://urheart.app), operated by Asi Verticals, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("EULA"). You must explicitly accept these terms prior to creating a profile, uploading content, or communicating with other users. UR-Heart is strictly intended for adult users aged 18 years and older; access by children or minors is explicitly prohibited. Any underage attempt triggers an immediate 180-day cryptographic device quarantine.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content & Abusive Behavior

In strict compliance with Google Play User Generated Content (UGC) Policies and Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, UR-Heart maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive user conduct. You are strictly prohibited from uploading, recording, transmitting, or sharing any content or engaging in behavior that includes, but is not limited to:

• Threats, harassment, stalking, intimidation, extortion, or bullying toward any user.
• Photos, 7-second Voice Sparks, profile entries, or chat messages intended to single out individuals for abuse, malicious attack, defamation, or ridicule.
• Nudity, sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, or child endangerment material (violating Section 67 of the IT Act, 2000 or the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita).
• Attempting to bypass UR-Heart's Mutual Social Reveal safety system by embedding QR codes, phone numbers, written-out digits (in English or Hindi), or social media handles (@, Instagram, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Telegram) inside profile photos, voice intros, bios, or chat messages.
• Promoting or soliciting objectionable, illegal, or commercial behavior through paid or ad-rewarded app features.

3. In-App Reporting, Instant Blocking, and 24-Hour Enforcement

• Instant Blocking & Reporting: UR-Heart provides built-in tools on every profile and inside the Active Chat 3-Dot Menu allowing you to report any objectionable profile, voice spark, or message and instantly block abusive users with a single tap.
• Automated AI & Human Moderation: All uploaded photos are screened via OpenCV QR detection, Tesseract OCR text filtering, and ONNX NSFW classifiers; all 7-second voice sparks and chat messages are screened via NLP sanitizers. Any user who violates these terms will have their content blocked or removed immediately and faces permanent account termination without refund.
• Selfie Verification Integrity: Modifying even a single profile photo after completing Instant Selfie Verification automatically revokes your Verified Blue Badge until you complete a fresh live selfie verification against your updated 5 photos.

4. Statutory Intermediary Safe Harbor Immunity (Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000)

Asi Verticals (UR-Heart) is strictly an electronic "Intermediary" as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and enjoys statutory safe harbor immunity under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. While UR-Heart deploys industry-grade automated AI moderation, age gating, and selfie verification, Asi Verticals and its founder/officers do not conduct physical criminal background checks on users and are not responsible or liable for:

• Any false representations made by users regarding their marital status, profession, or intentions.
• Any off-platform communications after two users voluntarily grant mutual consent to unlock a Social Reveal.
• Any real-world / offline meetings, dates, financial transactions, or personal disputes between users. Users interact and meet offline strictly at their own sole risk and judgment.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, in no event shall Asi Verticals, its founder (Anubhav Thakur), affiliates, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, reputation, or profits. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to UR-Heart shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Asi Verticals in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim (or INR ₹100 if you have used the free ad-supported tier). You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Asi Verticals and Anubhav Thakur from any third-party claims, FIRs, or legal demands arising from your breach of this EULA or violation of any law.

6. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction (Hon'ble District Court, Ayodhya)

These Terms of Service and any dispute, claim, grievance, or legal proceeding of any nature arising out of or relating to UR-Heart or Asi Verticals shall be governed strictly by the laws of the Republic of India. You irrevocably agree that the courts located in the Hon'ble District Court, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes, suits, and proceedings, to the complete exclusion of all other courts worldwide.
