1. Specific Data Collected & Purpose Limitation (DPDP Section 5 & 6)

We collect personal data strictly through unbundled, affirmative consent for matchmaking, age verification, and platform safety:

• Age Confirmation (Zero Exact DOB Storage): We verify that you are 18+ using a neutral date wheel and Google Play Age Signals API. We store only your locked age and birth year; your exact birth day and month are immediately discarded.
• 5 Profile Photos & 7-Second Voice Spark: Compressed client-side (<100KB WebP photos and ~28KB Opus audio), screened in memory for QR codes, phone numbers, social handles, and nudity, and stored in an AES-256 encrypted Cloudflare R2 bucket.
• Fuzzy Location Shield: Raw GPS coordinates are never stored in our database. We store only a rounded 5-character Geohash and an approximate neighborhood label (~3–5 km radius).
• One Social Handle Vault: Your chosen handle (WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat, X, or Telegram) is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and is decrypted only when both you and an active match grant mutual affirmative consent.
• Live Selfie KYC Verification: Used strictly for one-time biometric face matching against your 5 profile photos to grant the Verified Blue Badge. Raw KYC selfie media is automatically hard-deleted within 24 hours via Cloudflare R2 Object Lifecycle Rules.
• Zero Raw PII Sales: We strictly guarantee zero third-party data sales. Personal data is never sold, licensed, or shared with commercial brokers or advertising networks.

2. End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) Chat & 30-Day Rolling Purge

All 1:1 chat messages are encrypted using X25519 + AES-256-GCM Tri-Party Envelope Encryption. No plaintext messages are stored in our database. To enforce data minimization within our primary database, an automated daily job (purge_old_temporary_logs()) permanently purges temporary encrypted chat messages and pass swipes older than 30 days (30-day rolling purge). Decryption of reported chat transcripts is restricted exclusively to the statutory Grievance Officer/DPO (Anubhav Thakur) for resolving legal or safety complaints.

3. Your Statutory Rights Under DPDP Act 2023 (Sections 11, 12, 13 & 14)

• Right to Access & Portability (Section 11(1)): Go to App Settings & Privacy → Export PDF to download a digitally-signed, tamper-evident PDF archive of your data in under 60 seconds.
• Right to Correction & Erasure (Section 12): You may edit your profile anytime or permanently delete your account and wipe all associated data via App Settings → Delete Account or on the web at urheart.app/delete-account.
• Right to Nominate (Section 14): Designate a legal Digital Nominee anytime in App Settings → Digital Nominee Designation.
• Right to Grievance Redressal (Section 13): Contact DPO Anubhav Thakur at [email protected] or urheart.app/grievance-redressal (24-Hour SLA acknowledgment; Exclusive Jurisdiction: Hon'ble District Court, Ayodhya, UP).

4. Legitimate Data Retention Exceptions (Google Play Data Safety Disclosure)

When you request account deletion, all personal profile data, photos, voice sparks, matches, and chats are immediately hard-deleted across Supabase PostgreSQL, Cloudflare R2, and Firebase Auth. Strictly as permitted under Google Play's Account Deletion Policy and Section 8(7) of the DPDP Act 2023, UR-Heart retains only anonymized financial/tax transaction records (payment_orders for GST/Income Tax audit compliance) and one-way cryptographic device hashes in underage_blacklist (for 180-day minor protection and fraud prevention) in an isolated, restricted archive.

• आयु सत्यापन (18+): हम केवल आपकी सत्यापित उम्र (Locked Age) सुरक्षित रखते हैं; आपकी सटीक जन्मतिथि (दिन/महीना) कभी सेव नहीं की जाती।
• 5 प्रोफ़ाइल फ़ोटो और 7-सेकंड वॉइस स्पार्क: आपकी फ़ोटो और आवाज़ AES-256 एन्क्रिप्शन के साथ सुरक्षित रहती हैं। सेल्फी वेरिफिकेशन (KYC) का डेटा सत्यापन पूरा होने के 24 घंटे के भीतर स्वतः डिलीट (24 hours auto-deletion) हो जाता है।
• अनुमानित लोकेशन (Fuzzy Location Shield): आपका सटीक GPS पता कभी सेव नहीं होता; केवल ~3 से 5 किमी का अनुमानित क्षेत्र दिखाया जाता है।
• चैट सुरक्षा और 30-दिन ऑटो-डिलीट: सभी चैट्स एंड-टू-एंड एन्क्रिप्टेड (E2EE) हैं और 30-day (30 दिन) से पुराने चैट संदेश स्वतः हटा दिए जाते हैं।
• डेटा बिक्री पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध: हम आपका व्यक्तिगत डेटा कभी भी किसी तीसरे पक्ष या विज्ञापन कंपनियों को नहीं बेचते।

2. आपके कानूनी अधिकार (धारा 11, 12, 13 और 14)

आप ऐप की सेटिंग्स से 60 सेकंड में अपना डिजिटल रूप से हस्ताक्षरित PDF डेटा आर्काइव (धारा 11) डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं, डिजिटल नॉमिनी (धारा 14) जोड़ सकते हैं, या urheart.app/delete-account से अपना अकाउंट और सारा डेटा तुरंत डिलीट (धारा 12) कर सकते हैं।
